- I can read English or Spanish at least at an eighth-grade level.
- I am from a racial or ethnic background underrepresented in cancer trials.
- I have an email account or can receive texts.
- I am willing to be re-contacted.
- I live in Florida.

- I cannot read English or Spanish at least at an eighth-grade level.
- I do not have an email account or cannot receive texts.
- I am unwilling to be re-contacted.
