This trial is looking for adults with rheumatoid arthritis who struggle to control their high blood pressure. Participants will help identify barriers to managing their hypertension.

You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older
- I have uncontrolled hypertension
- I have a history of rheumatoid arthritis
- I receive care from both primary care and rheumatology at Duke Health System
You may not be able to join if
- I am under 18 years old
- I do not have rheumatoid arthritis and hypertension
- I do not receive care from both primary care and rheumatology at Duke Health System
- I have cognitive impairment and cannot consent to participate
- I am pregnant
- I am a prisoner

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 18 years old or older
* Uncontrolled hypertension
* History of rheumatoid arthritis
* Receive both primary care and rheumatology care from Duke Health System
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age less than 18 years old
* Healthy volunteers without rheumatoid arthritis and hypertension
