Inclusion Criteria:
* Geriatric (greater than or equal to 65 years old)
* Lower extremity fragility fractures managed operatively
Exclusion Criteria:
* Polytrauma
* Pathological fractures
* Patients on hospice
* Patients with previously diagnosed psychiatric disorders
