Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Participants will receive a shorter treatment plan involving chemotherapy and immunotherapy without a certain type of drug called anthracyclines.

You may be able to join if

  • I have triple negative breast cancer that is estrogen receptor negative and progesterone receptor negative.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have not received any previous systemic therapy or radiation for my current breast cancer.
  • I have a complete medical history and physical exam within the last 28 days.
  • I have hemoglobin levels of at least 9.0 g/dL.
  • I have not had a major surgery within 14 days prior to the trial.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have metastatic disease.
  • I have T4 or N+ stage breast cancer.
  • I have a history of severe allergic reactions to study medications.
  • I am currently participating in another clinical trial.
  • I have uncontrolled diabetes.
  • I have severe or active infections within 14 days before the trial.

About This Trial
This phase III trial compares the effects of shorter chemotherapy (chemo)-immunotherapy without anthracyclines to usual chemo-immunotherapy for the treatment of early-stage triple negative breast cancer.
