This trial is looking for adults aged 18-65 with Major Depressive Disorder. Participants will undergo tests that measure brain activity and may take part in cognitive tasks and therapy sessions.

- I am between 18 and 65 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder.
- I speak English.
- I can provide informed consent.
- I am willing and able to complete study procedures.
- I have a negative pregnancy test if I can become pregnant.

- I have a history of psychiatric diagnosis.
- I have neurological disorders or central nervous system disease.
- I have a history of seizures or epilepsy.
- I have had a significant head injury or loss of consciousness.
- I have implanted metal or cannot undergo MRI or TMS.
- I have a substance use disorder (excluding nicotine or caffeine).
- I am currently in another interventional clinical trial.
- I am pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the study.
