This trial is looking for people who are 18 years or older and are dealing with moderate to severe anxiety or depression. You can’t be at risk of harming yourself or planning to leave prison for at least three months. Also, you should be able to read at a 6th-grade level and agree to take part in the study.

Check Your EligibilityThe goal of this research study is to adapt an ACT-self-help workbook to the prison setting and determine the feasibility acceptability, and effectiveness of this workbook. Participants can expect to be in the study for 13 weeks.
