This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 90 who have gastrointestinal issues and are being treated at a metabolic and bariatric clinic. Participants will undergo a new type of endoscopy to evaluate their condition.

- I have been referred for an esophagoscopy, gastroscopy, or EGD.
- I am being treated at a metabolic and bariatric clinic.

- I am under 18 years old.

- I cannot provide informed consent.

About This Trial
This study plans to learn if the EvoEndo Endoscopy system can be used to evaluate, provide and follow up care for upper gastrointestinal tract diseases in the bariatric population. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patient 18 years of age and less than 90 years of age with clinically referred for esophagoscopy, gastroscopy, or esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
2. Cared for in metabolic and bariatric clinic
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patient \<18 years of age
