Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults with anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms. Participants will take part in computer-based cognitive training and complete tasks to measure their thinking abilities and brain responses.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am between 21 and 55 years old
- I speak English fluently
- I have been diagnosed with a mood, anxiety, or traumatic stress disorder
- I experience clinically elevated repetitive negative thinking
- I am an outpatient
- If I take SSRIs, I have been stable on them for at least 6 weeks
You may not be able to join if
- I have had a severe alcohol or substance use disorder in the past year
- I have a history of psychotic or bipolar I disorder
- I have acute suicidality that requires immediate help
- I have neurodegenerative or neurodevelopmental disorders
- I have had moderate or severe traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions
- I have sensory deficits that would keep me from completing tasks
- I have conditions that make MRI scanning unsafe (like metal in my body)
- I am currently pregnant

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* age 21-55
* fluent in English
* diagnosis of mood, anxiety, or traumatic stress disorder
* clinically elevated repetitive negative thinking
* outpatient status
* 6-week stability if taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) medications
