Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Postpartum individuals ≥18 years old
* Preeclampsia diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Fetal anomaly
* Multiple gestation
* Pre-pregnancy hypertension
* Allergy or contraindication to low-dose aspirin
* Pre-pregnancy diabetes
