This trial is looking for adolescent and young adult cancer survivors to test a digital health program that helps manage symptoms and follow-up care. Participants will engage with AYA STEPS to improve their health after cancer treatment.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer
- I have been diagnosed with stage I-III colorectal cancer
- I have been diagnosed with stage I-III sarcoma
- I have been diagnosed with stage I-III Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma
- I have been diagnosed with stage I-II testicular cancer
- I have completed my cancer treatment and have not received therapy in the last three months
- I am between 1 to 5 years post-diagnosis
- I can speak and read English
You may not be able to join if
- I have moderate or severe cognitive impairment
- I have severe untreated mental illness that would interfere with my participation
