This trial is looking for adults who are receiving radiotherapy for cancer. Participants will experience different virtual reality sessions to see if they can feel less anxious and more satisfied with their treatment.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with cancer
- I am 18 years or older
- I can speak and read English and/or Spanish
- I am receiving radiotherapy at the University of Miami
You may not be able to join if
- I have had radiation therapy before
- I am pregnant or nursing
- I can become pregnant and do not agree to use birth control
- I cannot give consent
- I am a prisoner
- I have serious health issues that would make virtual reality risky
- I do not want to watch virtual reality videos
- I do not want to fill out survey forms

1. Histologically proven cancer
2. ≥18 years of age
3. Able to speak and read English and/or Spanish
4. Receiving radiotherapy at the University of Miami
