This trial is looking for teachers, counselors, and students in North Carolina to test a new way of providing mental health care to children. Participants will help evaluate how well this approach works in schools.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am over 18 years old.
- I am employed at a school in North Carolina.
- I am a teacher for Kindergarten to Grade 8 for at least 1 hour daily.
- I have a principal who is eligible for the program.
- I am a school counselor working at least 10 hours a week.
- I have a child in Kindergarten to Grade 8.
- My child has a parent or guardian who can give consent.
- My child has a positive score on the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire.
You may not be able to join if
- I have been suspected or convicted of child-related misconduct.
- I am not employed at an enrolled school.
- I do not meet the age requirement.
- My child is not enrolled in Kindergarten to Grade 8.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to pilot test a novel, alternative, potentially sustainable system of teacher-delivered, task-shifted child mental health care.

Inclusion Criteria:
Schools:
* Have been trained in either Tealeaf or RE-SEED in Summer 2024 or 2025 after being randomized programmatically
* Be a school in the State of North Carolina
* Have an eligible principal
Principals:
* \>18 years old
* Employed at an enrolled school
