This trial is looking for patients with high blood pressure who visit the Mobile Health Unit. Participants will help researchers understand health factors related to blood pressure and follow-up care.

You may be able to join if
- I have high blood pressure (120 systolic or higher or 80 diastolic or higher).
- I have a phone that can receive text messages.
- I am 18 years old or older.
- I agree to allow follow-up, including medical record review.
You may not be able to join if
- I am not a patient of the Mobile Health Unit.
- I have normal blood pressure (systolic less than 120 and diastolic less than 80).
- I am pregnant.
- I am under 18 years old.
- I cannot understand and sign the informed consent form.
- I am enrolled in another ongoing trial at the Mobile Health Unit.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Mobile Health Unit Patients with blood pressure above normal (≥120 systolic and/or ≥80 mmHg)
* Has a phone with the ability to receive text messages
* 18+ years old
* Consent to allow prospective follow-up including through EHR review
