This trial is looking for people with multiple sclerosis who struggle with learning and memory. Participants will engage in 10 sessions of computer-based cognitive training conducted over Zoom.

You may be able to join if
- I speak English as my primary language
- I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis
You may not be able to join if
- I have had an MS exacerbation within the past month
- I have a history of significant neurological issues like head injury or stroke
- I have an active diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder
- I have poor visual acuity or other vision problems
- I cannot understand directions or follow commands
- I do not have problems with new learning and memory

Cognitive impairments are common in multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosed both at the onset and throughout the disease course. Poor cognitive abilities have been associated with poor outcomes such as higher levels of unemployment, poor quality of life, driving difficulties among others. Inclusion Criteria:
* English as primary language
* Diagnosis of multiple sclerosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Most recent exacerbation within one month
* Other Neurological History: head injury, stroke, seizures, or any other significant neurological history will not be included in the study
