This trial is looking for people who have had a stroke less than 30 days ago. Participants will use the MiGo Tracker to monitor their home exercise program while receiving regular care for their recovery.

You may be able to join if
- I have had one or more strokes less than 30 days ago.
- I have an Upper Extremity Fugl-Meyer Score between 6 and 55.
- I do not have moderate to severe pain.
You may not be able to join if
- I am under 18 years old.
- I cannot follow 2-step commands.
- I have another neurological condition like Parkinson's Disease.
- I have other serious medical conditions that could affect my participation.

About This Trial
This project will determine the safety and effectiveness of a MiGo Tracker RTM program in a randomized controlled trial with individuals with subacute stroke (N=50). Participants will be randomly assigned to either the MiGo Tracker RTM program (intervention group) or prescription of home exercises with no monitoring (usual care/control group). Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Experienced one or more strokes less than one month (30 days) prior
* Upper Extremity Fugl-Meyer Score \> 5 and \<= 55 out of 66
* Absence of moderate to severe pain (\<= 4 on the 10 point visual-analog pain scale)
