Inclusion criteria:
* Age ≥40 years
* BMI \<25 kg/m2 and BMI \>25 kg/m2 for Phase 1 and BMI \>25 kg/m2 for Phase 2. Rationale for defining obesity as BMI \>25 kg/m2
