This trial is looking for people with Alzheimer's disease who experience agitation. Participants will take a medication called BMS-986368 and help researchers understand its effects.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
- I have agitation that started at least four weeks ago.
- I have a Mini-Mental State Examination score of 24 or lower.
- I have an agitation/aggression score of 4 or higher.
- I have a stable living environment for at least 6 weeks.
- I can move around on my own or with a mobility aid.
You may not be able to join if
- I have significant delusions or hallucinations that need hospitalization.
- I have a history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
- I had a major depressive episode with psychotic features in the last 12 months.
- I had delirium within 30 days before the screening.
