- I have COPD or liver disease.
- I have had a colonoscopy or lung scan in the past year or have one scheduled.
- I can give and understand consent.
- I can donate blood, urine, and genetic material for research.
- I understand that my health information will be shared anonymously.
- I identify as any sex or gender.
You may not be able to join if
- I decline to participate or share my medical status.
- I have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
- I am unable or unwilling to provide consent.
