This trial is looking for adults over 60 living in nursing homes to help improve their dental health. Participants will receive dental care treatment aimed at reducing the risk of pneumonia and improving diabetes control.

* Adult \> 60 years of age residing in a nursing home or communal care setting;
* Review of Medical history results in an assigned American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Evaluation of Class II or III;
