Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults aged 18 years or older
* One of the following:
* Clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia
* Being a caregiver to individuals with clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia
* Able to read and speak English or Spanish
