- I have had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 4 weeks.
- I can understand the study's risks and benefits.
- I currently have new neuro-PASC symptoms that started after my COVID-19 infection.
You may not be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with dementia or a serious cognitive disorder.
- I have a mood or psychotic disorder diagnosed before my COVID-19 infection.
- I have a history of fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome before my COVID-19 infection.
- I have unstable medical or active uncontrolled autoimmune conditions.

About This Trial
Mental health symptoms, including cognitive impairment ("brain fog"), following COVID-19 are of great concern to Veterans. This research seeks to advance understanding of the long-term effects of COVID-19 on neuropsychiatric and neurological functions, identifying clinically relevant biomarkers and directions for developing and testing therapeutic interventions. * have a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection 4 weeks prior to enrollment, defined as a positive PCR or home antigen test
