This trial is looking for people aged 50 to 80 who have been screened for early lung cancer using low dose CT imaging. Participants will help study how chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is related to lung cancer screening.

* 50 to 80 years old
* Screened for early lung cancer using low dose CT imaging
Exclusion Criteria:
* Under 50; over 80 years old
* No lung cancer screening
