This trial is looking for people with persistent asthma who are using daily medication. Participants will compare a new voice platform to usual care to see how it affects their asthma management.
You may be able to join if
- I speak English.
- I have persistent asthma.
- I use daily controller medication.
- I can provide informed consent.
- I have access to a smartphone with a data plan.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
- I have severe psychiatric or cognitive problems.

Check Your EligibilityThe objective of this study is to conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to compare the adapted and refined ASTHMAXcel Voice platform to usual care (UC). It is hypothesized by the investigator team that ASTHMAXcel Voice will be associated with improved clinical and process outcomes, asthma quality of life (QOL), medication adherence, and self-efficacy as compared to UC.
