Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or have recently given birth and have certain neurological conditions. Participants will provide small samples like blood and breast milk and complete surveys to help researchers understand how pregnancy affects health.

You may be able to join if
- I am female, aged 18 to 64 years.
- I am pregnant or contemplating pregnancy.
- I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS).
- I have been diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD).
- I have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
- I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
- I have been diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis.
- I am willing to provide biosamples and/or complete surveys.

- I am unwilling to provide informed consent.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant or contemplating pregnancy
* Female, aged 18 to 64 years
* Diagnosis of one of the following conditions:
* Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS) or Multiple Sclerosis (MS), based on the 2010 McDonald Criteria
* Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD)
