This trial is looking for adults with moderate-to-severe asthma that is not well controlled. Participants will receive shots of either the study medicine PF-07275315 or a placebo for 12 weeks and attend clinic visits over about 7.5 months.

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 to 70 years old.
  • I have had moderate-to-severe asthma for at least 12 months.
  • I have experienced an asthma exacerbation requiring treatment with steroids in the past year.
  • I am currently taking my asthma maintenance treatment.
  • My asthma control questionnaire score is 1.5 or higher.
  • My body mass index is between 18 and 40.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have any active psychiatric condition or suicidal thoughts.
  • I have other lung diseases besides asthma.
  • I have had a serious infection or required hospitalization in the last 60 days.
  • I have had anaphylaxis to similar treatments or drugs.
  • I have taken systemic corticosteroids in the last 28 days.
  • I have had bronchial thermoplasty in the last 24 months.
