This trial is looking for people diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease or healthy individuals without family history of the condition. Participants will undergo brain imaging to help researchers understand changes in brain connectivity related to Parkinson's.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease
- I do not have dementia
- I have normal cognition
- I do not have immediate family with Parkinson's Disease
You may not be able to join if
- I have another neurological disorder
- I have had a significant head injury with loss of consciousness
- I have schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or epilepsy
- I have serious medical conditions like end-stage organ failure or ongoing cancer treatment
- I have been diagnosed with dementia
- I have conditions that prevent me from having an MRI
- I weigh over 300 lbs

About This Trial
Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by dysfunction in both subcortical structures and the cortex. The investigators recently discovered a new brain system called the Somato-Cognitive Action Network (SCAN), which could be a primary locus of dysfunction in PD.
