Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with certain types of breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other parts of the body. Participants will receive a treatment called patritumab deruxtecan to see if it helps them live longer or stop cancer from growing.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
  • My cancer is either unresectable or metastatic.
  • I have had disease progression or recurrence on prior treatment.
  • I have measurable disease as confirmed by imaging.
  • I am not currently on any uncontrolled therapy.
  • I have well controlled HIV if I am infected.
  • I have good performance status as determined by the doctor.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have breast cancer that can still be treated with curative intent.
  • I have received prior chemotherapy for my advanced breast cancer.
  • I have a known harmful BRCA mutation.
  • I have severe cardiovascular disease.
  • I have clinically significant eye disease.
  • I have had serious breathing issues.
  • I have severe nerve damage or other active health complications.
  • I have been treated with certain other cancer therapies recently.
