This trial is looking for people with early Parkinson's disease to see how a supplement called gamma-glutamylcysteine affects their health. Participants will take the supplement and have their brain, blood, and gut health checked over time.

- I have a MoCA score of 26 or higher.
- I am between 50 and 80 years old.
- I can read and write in English.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a pacemaker or other implants in my body.

- I have had a head injury in the past.
- I have active psychosis or delirium.
- I have chronic kidney or liver disease.
- I have Parkinson's disease dementia.
- I am taking antioxidant therapies.
- I have claustrophobia.

About This Trial
This study is designed l to evaluate the effects of GGC oral supplementation in early Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. The main objectives of the study are to evaluate:
1. To study the enrichment of master antioxidant, glutathione (GSH) levels in brain and blood of these PD patients compared to baseline due to GGC supplementation.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Confirmed Parkinson's Disease diagnosis.
* Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) greater than or equal to 26.
* Age (50 to 80 years of age).
* Ability to read and write in English.
