This trial is looking for people at risk for type 1 diabetes or those recently diagnosed with it. Participants will take a self-administered glucose test at home to compare it with standard testing done in clinics.

You may be able to join if
- I weigh at least 43 kg
- I have at least one islet autoantibody
- I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the last 100 days
- I am at least 12 years old
- I am in good general health
- I can understand written and spoken English
- I can give consent or assent
You may not be able to join if
- I am currently pregnant or become pregnant during the study
- I have taken sodium glucose cotransporter inhibitors
- I have donated blood in the past 8 weeks

* Body weight ≥43 kg
* Presence of at least one islet autoantibody and/or≥ diagnosis of clinical T1D within 100 days.
