This trial is looking for Veterans with kidney disease and food insecurity. Participants will receive produce boxes and share their experiences in interviews.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older
- I have stage 3b or 4 chronic kidney disease
- I have been screened and found to have nutrition insecurity
- I receive care at the VA
- I live in the Food Bank of the Rockies service area
- I can provide informed consent in English
You may not be able to join if
- I have stage 1-3a chronic kidney disease or stage 5 kidney disease requiring dialysis or transplant
- I am currently in a conflicting dietary trial
- I am unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
