This trial is looking for postpartum women who have high blood pressure related to pregnancy. Participation involves being assigned to different blood pressure medications after giving birth and seeing how they affect blood pressure levels.
You may be able to join if
- I am a postpartum individual
- I am at least 18 years old
- I have a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy
- I am enrolled in the remote monitoring program at Women and Infants Hospital
You may not be able to join if
- I have maternal cardiac disease
- I had high blood pressure or diabetes before pregnancy
- I am allergic to enalapril or cannot take it for another reason
