Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for teenagers aged 14 to 18 who have harmed themselves without wanting to end their life and are not currently getting mental health treatment. Participants will use a digital app either on their own or with educational content provided.

You may be able to join if
- I have harmed myself on 2 or more days in the last month.
- I am between 14 and 18 years old.
- I can read and understand English.
- I have access to a smartphone.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a severe mental health condition like a psychotic disorder.
- I am at severe risk for suicide or have a plan to do so.
- I am currently in psychotherapy.

About This Trial
This is a feasibility trial of a digital mental health intervention aimed at adolescents (ages 14-18) with nonsuicidal self-injury and who are not currently engaged in mental health treatment. The study has two arms: a self-guided DMHI and an active control which will involve the delivery of non-interactive psychoeducational content via the same app interface. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Current NSSI (NSSI on 2 or more days in the last month
* English language skills sufficient to engage in the consent and intervention procedures
* Age 14-18
* Access to smartphone
