- I am having a routine elective echocardiogram at Mayo Clinic.
- I have had a diagnostic echocardiogram at Mayo Clinic before a scheduled heart procedure.
- I have had a diagnostic echocardiogram at Mayo Clinic and have an appointment in a heart clinic.

- I have a known history of a voice disorder.
- I am under the age of 18 years.
