This trial is looking for people with rheumatoid arthritis who are between 40 and 79 years old. Participants will help researchers find better ways to identify those at risk of heart disease.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
- I am between 40 and 79 years old
- I have at least one risk factor for heart disease
You may not be able to join if
- I am currently taking a statin medication
- I have diabetes
- I am pregnant

Check Your EligibilityIndividuals with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) have up to 2x the risk of having a heart attack compared to someone without RA. The goal of this study is to identify biomarkers that can help us do a better job of identifying individuals at risk before they develop symptoms of heart disease and start preventative treatment earlier.
