About This Trial
Deep brain stimulation (DBS) effectively alleviates motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD). However, current programming is manual and time-consuming. This study will evaluate physiology-based programming using local field potentials (LFPs) to identify optimal stimulation parameters.
