Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults aged 35 to 80 with moderate to severe COPD. Participants will receive either the study medicine PF-07275315 or a placebo through shots over 24 to 68 weeks and will attend multiple clinic visits during this time.

You may be able to join if
- I am between 35 and 80 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with COPD for at least 12 months.
- I have had at least 2 moderate or severe COPD flare-ups in the last 12 months.
- I have been taking my regular COPD treatment for at least 6 months.
- I have been on a stable dose of my COPD medications for the last 3 months.
- I have specific lung function test results.
You may not be able to join if
- I have significant lung disease other than COPD.
- I need constant oxygen treatment of more than 4.0 liters per minute.
- I have low oxygen levels in my blood.
- I have serious heart disease or heart failure.
