This trial is looking for family members of patients who are recovering from ICU stays. Participants will receive support through online assessments and access to a special platform for mental health care.

  • I am a family member of a patient in the ICU Recovery Clinic.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a serious mental illness like schizophrenia or mania.
  • I have late-stage dementia or cognitive impairment.
  • I do not speak English well.
  • I do not have an internet-enabled device.
  • I am a prisoner.

About This Trial

This pilot study evaluates the feasibility and acceptability of implementing a Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Model (BH CoCM) for family members of ICU survivors. The intervention includes telehealth-enabled behavioral health assessments and access to the NeuroFlow platform. A subset of participants will undergo qualitative interviews.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: \- Family member of ICU Recovery Clinic patient enrolled in parent BH CoCM study Exclusion Criteria: * Serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, mania) * Late-stage dementia or cognitive impairment * Limited English proficiency * No internet-enabled device * Prisoners
