- I use a drug that includes levodopa

- I have a history of language, hearing, or speech disorder outside of Parkinson's disease
- I have other significant brain conditions like Alzheimer's disease or have had a stroke
- I have significant hearing loss or use a hearing aid or cochlear implant

* Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease
* Native speaker of North American English
* Use a drug that includes levodopa
* Resident of the United States
