This trial is looking for family caregivers of people living with dementia. Participants will learn care and self-care strategies using different educational approaches and share their experiences over time.

You may be able to join if
- I am 50 years old or older
- I am an unpaid caregiver for someone with dementia
- I provide ongoing support to the person I care for
- I feel moderate to high stress in my caregiving role
- I can speak and read English
- I can participate in the study either in person or online
- I have access to a device with internet
- I am willing to provide consent to participate
You may not be able to join if
- I am a paid caregiver
- I am younger than 50 years old
- I feel low stress in my caregiving role
- I care for someone who shows no signs of cognitive impairment
- I cannot complete the study procedures due to cognitive or sensory issues
- I do not meet the study requirements or cannot provide consent

* Adults aged 50 years or older
* Informal (unpaid) caregiver for a family member or friend living with dementia
