This trial is looking for people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) to see if a single injection of RE104 can help reduce their anxiety symptoms. Participants will be compared to those receiving a placebo, which is an inactive treatment.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
- I am a woman not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- I am a man not planning to make a partner pregnant.
- I am willing and able to follow the study rules.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a significant risk of suicide.
- I have bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
- I have other serious mental health conditions as my main issue.
- I have other medical conditions that make me unsuitable for the study.
- I have used or will need to use prohibited medications.
- I am sensitive or intolerant to the study treatment or any rescue medications.
