Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for people with obesity, with or without type 2 diabetes, who want to lose weight. Participants will be assigned by chance to receive either CagriSema or semaglutide for about 83 weeks.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have a BMI of 35.0 or higher.
- I do not have type 2 diabetes and my HbA1c is less than 6.5%.
- I have type 2 diabetes and my HbA1c is less than 10%.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had a change in body weight of more than 5% in the last 90 days.
- I have used any GLP-1 receptor agonist or amylin analogues in the last 6 months.

About This Trial

Inclusion Criteria :
* Male or female (sex assigned at birth, inclusive of all gender identities).
* Age 18 years or above at the time of signing the informed consent.
* BMI≥ 35.0 kg/m\^2.
