About This Trial
CRD-4730 is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) inhibitor. The CALIBRATE-HF trial is a Phase 2, global, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled trial.
