Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults who are at high risk for severe COVID-19 illness. Participants will receive messages and reminders about COVID-19 vaccine options to see if it helps them get vaccinated.

You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I am a member of Kaiser Permanente Southern California.
- I have been a member continuously since August 27, 2025.
- I have not received the updated COVID-19 vaccine by September 28, 2026.
- I am 65 years old or older or have certain health conditions that increase my risk for severe COVID-19.
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot receive a COVID-19 vaccine safely.
- I have a severe allergic reaction to a previous COVID-19 vaccine.
- I have a terminal illness or I am receiving hospice care.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have missing or unknown sex.

* Continuous membership from 27 August 2025 to 28 September 2026;
