This trial is looking for people with Bipolar Disorder who want to improve their mental health and reduce suicidal thoughts. Participants will take part in a 6-week group-based program focused on mental well-being.
You may be able to join if
- I speak English
- I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder
- I can give written consent
You may not be able to join if
- I have cognitive impairments
- I am acutely psychotic
- I am medically unstable
- I have a history of schizophrenia spectrum disorder
- I have had mood incongruent psychotic symptoms
- I have a history of primary substance disorder
- I have a history of primary organic disease or dementia
