This trial is looking for adults with COVID-19 who are having serious trouble breathing. Participants will receive a treatment to see if it can help reduce deaths over 28 days.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older
- I am using high flow oxygen
- I am on mechanical ventilation
- I have a clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 and a positive PCR test
- I have a clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 with negative PCR test and symptoms
You may not be able to join if
- I have a known allergy to Pulmozyme
- I am under 18 years of age
- I am in a grave condition expected to die within 48 hours
- I am enrolled in another clinical trial receiving investigatory drugs
