This trial is looking for children aged 4 to 17 who are overweight and have asthma. Participants will take part in a program that teaches healthy living, either in-person or online.

- I am between 4 and 17.9 years old.
- I have a BMI at or above the 85th percentile.
- I have been diagnosed with asthma.
You may not be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa.
- I am pregnant.
- I plan to change my child's pediatrician in the next year.
- I opted out of research.
- I have a sibling currently enrolled in this trial.

Caregiver-proxies will be 18 years old or older, English or Spanish speaking, and a primary caregiver of a child meeting the following criteria:
