Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for teens aged 12 to 17 who weigh at least 40 kg and adults aged 18 and older, especially those at risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19. Participants should have recently tested positive for COVID-19 and show some symptoms, but they shouldn’t be in need of hospitalization. People with certain serious health issues or those who are very sick right now won't be able to join.

About This Trial
The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease.
